The hydraulic control valve is a valve which uses the medium pressure of the pipeline as the power to open, close and regulate. It is composed of a main valve and an attached conduit, needle valve, ball valve and pressure gauge. According to the intention of application and different functional places, it can be developed into a remote control float valve, pressure reducing valve, slow closing check valve, flow controller, pressure relief valve, hydraulic and electric control valve, emergency closed valve, etc. The pilot valve acts with the change of the liquid level and pressure of the medium. Because there are many types of pilot valves, it can be used alone or in combination, so that the main valve can adjust the water level, water pressure and flow independently and comprehensively. However, the main valve body is similar to the globe valve. When the valve is fully open, its pressure loss is much greater than other valves. The closer the loss coefficient of each opening is to the fully closed condition, the more sharply it increases, the more obvious the valve diameter is.
The main valve of hydraulic control valve is a water self-lubricating valve body, without additional oil. In case of damage of parts in the main valve, please disassemble it according to the following instructions. (Note: the damaged products in the inner valve are usually diaphragm and O-ring, and the damage of other inner parts is very little.)
1. Close the front and rear gate valves of the main valve first
2. Loosen the pipe joint screw on the main valve cover and release the pressure in the valve.
3. Remove all the hardware screws, including the nuts of the necessary copper pipes in the control pipeline.
4. Take out the valve cover and tension spring.
5. Take off the shaft core, diaphragm, piston, etc. do not damage the diaphragm.
6. After taking out the above items, check whether the diaphragm and O-ring are damaged; if there is no damage, please do not dispute the internal parts.
7. If the diaphragm or O-ring is damaged, loosen the nut on the shaft core, disassemble the diaphragm or O-ring one by one, take it out and replace it with a new diaphragm or O-ring from the beginning.
8. Check whether the valve seat and shaft core inside the main valve are damaged. If there are other sundries, clean them out inside the main valve.
9. Assemble the replaced parts and components into the main valve in reverse order, and pay attention that the valve shall not have jamming appearance.
